Q started Track this year and Chris got some great pictures of his long jump and disc throw events. Thanks mom and dad for coming to watch it means alot :)
It does me good to see him in black and gold! GOOO Sandcreek! I was once the mascot... thats where they put the crapy cheerleaders in the dragon suit :0/ haa haa! I LOVE your journy thing and btw you never sent me the eating plan....
Yahoo! The kid looks just like his Dad did at that age. They even run the same. Chris just did it in center field and Q is doing it on the track. Q it was great seeing you in action yesterday. Love G-ma and Pop's
